Who we are
I’m Sandra, while my background isn't steeped in food, I find immense joy in the social side of dining. As my friends will know, I was never one to leave a party early. In fact I grew up in a very social environment. My parents were forever organising community events, not to mention all the parties they organised at home. With a degree in psychology, I’m deeply attuned to the connections and conversations that food brings to life. I’d like to think my creativity shines through in the way I engage with others over a shared meal, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
I’m Titus and I have devoted 17 years to perfecting my craft as a head chef in London, sharpening my skills with among others, the esteemed catering company, Benugo. This experience allowed me to showcase my culinary talent at iconic venues like The British Library, the Natural History Museum, and the Victoria & Albert Museum.
My love for food was ignited by my father, a butcher by trade, who instilled in me an appreciation for quality ingredients and traditional techniques. Together, we harmoniously blend our talents, creating memorable dining experiences that celebrate both heritage and innovation, inviting everyone to connect, explore, and savor the rich tapestry of flavours.
